About Us

Afro Tribes Festival is a registered non-profit organization that originated in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceived by Amarachi and Victor Ejike, this initiative was born from their passion to create a sense of home in Saskatchewan for their family. Their continuous pursuit to infuse the vibrant traditions of African culture into the social fabric of Saskatchewan is their solution to address social health challenges, maintain cultural continuity, raise awareness, and increase youth engagement within their community.

Recognizing the global significance of sharing African culture and its positive impact on diverse communities, Afro Tribes Festival Canada was established. This platform serves as a means to celebrate and share our rich, diverse cultures with Canadians. We firmly believe that the positive influence of our cultural heritage can foster deeper connections with people and the land, nurture trust, and serve as an inspiring legacy for generations to come.
