The Afro Tribes Kids Summer program is a multi disciplinary program that focuses on African history, Arts and Culture, Music, Dance , Drama, Language, Digital Design and Play to foster cultural continuity and awareness.

The lack of funding and limited access have deprived our youths from participation in extracurricular programs that have the potential to unlock their creativity and innate skills. Afro Tribes Kids Summer program will reduce the barriers to access and provide a cost friendly alternative for parents who desire extracurricular activities for their kids. Our summer program is designed to be multidisciplinary. It will provide an avenue for positive engagement, collaboration and communal support. We will work with the students and their parents to discover their innate skills and also help them develop new ones. Our coding program will provide our kids foundations in Tech, Coding, digital design while building their interest in STEM.

Because we recognize the contributions of the Arts to the global economy and pop culture we will also have Arts workshops for kids to express and discover their talents. We want our kids to imagine and create a future where they are valid and valued. Our vision is to prepare our kids to take on the future with pride and confidence.
